I like
your "The Taste is POEtic." As I tell my students, "If you
switch the parts of 'POETRY' around, you get "TRY POE." It's
just a good thing we're Poe fans and not Paul Revere fans
since if you anagram the letters of "RAVENBEER," you get "BAN
REVERE." (Of course, another anagram for it is "bare nerve.")
